The OBE and MOMENTO vanity top sinks from VANICO-MARONYX are made of UNIMAR 3.0, a unique engineering polymer resulting from a blend of high-tech ingredients and fine mineral particles, coated with an ultra-glossy and silky protective gelcoat.
Robust structure
- Ultra-glossy protective gel in a bright white color with a thickness of approximately 0.5 mm.
- Fine crystals of naturally sourced calcium carbonate mixed with a high-performance engineering resin.
Ultra-glossy, durable, and silky-smooth surface
The glossy finish enhances the whiteness of UNIMAR 3.0 and the chic appearance of this non-porous and antibacterial material, highly resistant to stains.
100% North American Design
Comprised of entirely North American ingredients, UNIMAR 3.0 is the result of an exclusive recipe developed by our in-house experts. Rigorously tested, this unique engineering resin meets the combined CSA B45.5/IAMPO Z124_2017 standard harmonized in both Canada and the United States.
Controlled vacuum molding
UNIMAR 3.0 is mixed under vacuum using a fully computerized mixer, the most advanced in Canada, which allows for consistent texture and precise control of uniformity and hardness. The resulting mixture is poured into molds manufactured entirely at our factory.
Computerized precision machining
Using a powerful CNC milling machine with 5-axis control, shower bases and sink edges are meticulously flattened and cut.
Quality finishing
After molding and machining, each product is meticulously processed, cleaned, inspected, and hand-polished to ensure a flawless finish.
5-Year Warranty
Our product is backed by a 5-year warranty against cracks caused by thermal shocks and warping of 1/8" or more per linear foot.
Repairable material
The unique design of UNIMAR 3.0 allows for invisible repairs in case of chipping, as well as the option for repolishing when needed, extending the lifespan of the product.
Easy maintenance
Generally, soap and a soft cloth are sufficient for regular maintenance.
